Salon Deliver Competition Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to Salon Deliver competitions, prize draws, giveaways and promotional competitions, including but not limited to:

Win 1 Year of Free Professional Hairdressing Education, including Colour Masterclass
By entering a Salon Deliver competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Salon Deliver, operated by Mulberry & Flitch Ltd, trading from the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
Salon Deliver competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Competitions are intended for professional hairdressers, salon owners, freelance hairdressers, mobile hairdressers, colourists, salon teams, and individuals working within the professional hair and beauty industry.
Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or immediate family members of Salon Deliver, Mulberry & Flitch Ltd, or any company directly connected with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.
Salon Deliver reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, professional status, business status, address, or eligibility before awarding a prize.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form using the link provided by Salon Deliver.
Where a competition is advertised on Facebook, Instagram, email, or other platforms, participants must follow the entry instructions stated in the relevant post, advert, email, landing page, or entry form.
Only entries submitted through the official Salon Deliver entry form will be counted, unless otherwise stated.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple, automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete, false, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
Each competition will have its own opening date and closing date, which will be stated on the relevant competition page, entry form, promotional post, or advert.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
Salon Deliver reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or extend a competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
5. Prize Details
The prize for each competition will be clearly stated in the relevant competition advertisement, page, post, or entry form.
Prize 1: Free Bottle of Peroxide Every Week for 1 Year
The winner will receive one bottle of professional peroxide per week for 52 weeks.
Unless otherwise stated, the peroxide prize will be supplied as Neal & Wolf professional peroxide or a reasonable equivalent product chosen by Salon Deliver.
Salon Deliver reserves the right to determine the strength, size, volume, product type, delivery schedule, and fulfilment method of the peroxide prize, unless these details are specifically confirmed in writing as part of the competition.
The prize is intended for professional salon use only and should be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, professional training, product guidelines, patch testing requirements, and all applicable health and safety procedures.
Prize 2: 1 Year of Free Professional Hairdressing Education
The winner will receive access to one year of Salon Deliver professional hairdressing education, including colour education and/or colour masterclass content.
The education prize may include online education, video training, live sessions, workshops, digital handouts, formulas, Q&A sessions, colour support, product education, or other educational content selected by Salon Deliver.
The exact format, schedule, delivery method, dates, and content of the education prize will be determined by Salon Deliver.
Where in-person training or workshops are included, travel, accommodation, food, childcare, loss of earnings, parking, and any additional personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternative products, discounts, or any other monetary value.
Prizes cannot be sold, resold, auctioned, transferred, assigned, or used for any commercial resale purpose.
Salon Deliver reserves the right to substitute any prize, or part of a prize, with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where necessary due to product availability, supplier changes, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond its control.
7. Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated, the winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within a reasonable period after the competition closes.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form.
The winner may be contacted by email, telephone, text message, or direct message, depending on the details supplied and the platform used to enter.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, Salon Deliver reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Salon Deliver is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible contact details provided by entrants.
9. Delivery and Fulfilment
Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner.
Salon Deliver will make reasonable efforts to deliver prizes in a timely manner, but delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier services, supplier arrangements, and operational factors.
For the peroxide prize, Salon Deliver may deliver prizes weekly, monthly, quarterly, or in another reasonable delivery schedule at its discretion.
Salon Deliver is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that if they win, Salon Deliver may announce their name, business name, town/county, and/or social media handle for the purpose of announcing and promoting the competition result.
Salon Deliver may request photographs, video, comments, testimonials, or social media content from the winner, but participation in additional promotional content will not be mandatory unless otherwise stated.
11. Data Protection and Marketing
Personal data submitted as part of a competition entry will be used to administer the competition, contact entrants where necessary, verify eligibility, select and notify the winner, and fulfil the prize.
Salon Deliver will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Entering a competition does not automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications.
Where entrants choose to opt in to receive marketing from Salon Deliver, they may receive emails, offers, education, product information, updates, and promotions. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Competition-entry data may be stored for a reasonable period after the competition has ended for administration, legal, audit, and compliance purposes.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
Salon Deliver competitions may be promoted on Facebook, Instagram, Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other social media channels.
Unless expressly stated, Salon Deliver competitions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Neal & Wolf, or any other third-party platform or brand.
By entering, participants release the relevant social media platforms from any liability connected with the competition.
13. Fair Use and Conduct
Salon Deliver reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
provides false or misleading information;
uses multiple identities, fake profiles, bots, or automated entry methods;
attempts to manipulate the competition;
breaches these Terms & Conditions;
acts in a way that is abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or damaging to Salon Deliver or other entrants;
is not eligible to enter.
Salon Deliver reserves the right to verify entries and withhold a prize where it reasonably believes there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
14. Professional Responsibility
Where prizes include professional hairdressing products, colour products, peroxide, education, formulas, technical information, or product advice, all such products and information are intended for trained professional use.
Entrants and winners are responsible for ensuring they use professional products safely, follow manufacturer instructions, carry out appropriate testing, follow salon insurance requirements, and comply with relevant health and safety standards.
Salon Deliver is not responsible for misuse of products, incorrect application, allergic reactions, failure to patch test, incorrect formulation, or failure to follow professional guidance.
15. Liability
Salon Deliver will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, disappointment, technical issue, late entry, lost entry, failed submission, platform error, delivery delay, or other issue arising from entry into the competition or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Changes, Cancellation or Suspension
Salon Deliver reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw a competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical issues, supplier issues, stock availability, platform changes, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or operational disruption.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
