    What to Say to Clients to Get Them to Book Their Next Appointment

    Getting clients to rebook isn’t about being pushy—it’s about being clear, helpful, and professional.

    Most stylists lose rebookings because they ask weakly or leave it too open.


    The Problem

    Typical phrases sound like:

    • “Do you want to book something in?”
    • “Just give us a call when you’re ready”

    This puts all the responsibility on the client—and most won’t act.


    The Shift: From Asking to Recommending

    Clients expect guidance. You’re the professional.

    Instead of asking, say:

    • “To keep this colour looking like this, I’d recommend we see you again in 6 weeks.”
    • “Let’s get your next appointment booked now so we keep this result consistent.”
